Also, Jessie's favorite dessert flavors are chocolate and strawberry, so I wanted to do something special with those elements. Tonight was the debut of my new chocolate strawberry dazzler (Oreo cookie crust, bitter-sweet dark chocolate tort layer, chocolate fudge mousse layer with chopped strawberries, and whipped cream blended with crushed strawberries and strawberry juice, served topped with my strawberry sauce, all of which was made fresh this afternoon). It was a hit, and I'm adding it into the rotation.
